Minimum 4 month contract; One month rolling contract thereafter with one months notice. Prices are per employee/device and exclude VAT. Deposit equivalent to 4 months payable on taking out the care plan. Hardware costs are not included with the repair costs and will be quoted separately. Prices exclude server support which can be quoted separately. Subsequent call outs to your business beyond the stated amount will be chargeable. Priority response time is Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 excluding bank holidays. Out of hours carry an additional charge. Full terms and conditions available on request.
