Cancelation, Returns, Refunds

Warranty of Labour

The supplier warrants the work of its employees for a period of three months following completion of the work.

Hardware/Software Returns / Refunds

All our hardware / software is purchased on behalf of the customer each order is unique and ordered specifically for you no returns or refunds are offered unless the item becomes faulty. If the item becomes faulty please contact us via the details at the bottom of this page.

Our Business Terms and conditions are tailored to your unique package, a copy of our terms and conditions will be provided for you to read and sign upon start of your support plan.

IT 4 Home Contracts

Notice and Cancellation Terms - subject to the provisions of clause 10 of the Terms & Conditions of Membership.
I/we understand that this contract shall continue in force for the number of months specified from the date of signing the Membership Agreement (the initial period) and thereafter for successive periods of the number of months specified (each a further period) unless cancelled by at least one month’s written notice from me/us expiring at the end of the initial period (the initial expiry date) or at the end of any further period (a further expiry date). Any such written notice shall be addressed to the Company Secretary at IT 4 Home Limited, Innovation, York Science Park, Innovation Way, Heslington, York, YO10 5DG or to such other address as IT 4 Home Limited may notify to me/us.
In the event that I/we cancel or terminate or wish to cancel or terminate this Membership Agreement without providing at least one months’ notice of cancellation expiring on the initial expiry date or on a further expiry date (each an expiry date) I/we will compensate IT 4 Home Limited for such early cancellation by paying, within seven days of cancellation, the balance of the Membership payment that would have been payable if the Membership Agreement had not been cancelled early. The balance of the Membership payment so payable shall be calculated from the date of cancellation or (if earlier) the date of notice of such cancellation to the earliest expiry date, on the basis that I/we had given not less than one month’s written notice of cancellation expiring on that date. 
I/we understand that in the event that Membership payments fall into arrears of more than ten days then IT 4 Home Limited reserves the right to terminate the Membership Agreement and to demand payment of all outstanding amounts.
